I am a professional translator for the past 9 years and prior to that, I volunteered as interpreter and translator for a social service agency taking care of immigrant language and resettlement needs, and for the Vietnamese community at large.

In addition to translation, I also provide editing, proofreading as well as formatting services. My expertise is medical translation of general and specialty subjects, in both language pairs – English-Vietnamese and Vietnamese-English. I had worked on a large number of projects that involved press-ready and business/marketing-related materials. They include health insurance program member guidebooks, medical center facility brochures, utility company customer service brochures, school district program and policy guidebooks among many others. I am proficient and well-versed in many computer platforms, Web development tools, office and graphic design applications. I use Trados exclusively in my work.
