Prepend and Append is a special Binary Mode function of the Search string that allows you to add the Replace string to the top or bottom of the files specified by the mask & path. You can use this to add lines to the beginning or end of a file.
To activate prepend or append, click on the {bmc Sr__0003.BMP} button next to the Search string in the main window or the Script Editor and select "Add at top of file" or "Add at bottom of file". The Replace string will be inserted accordingly when you do a Search/Replace.
A confirmation dialog allows you to confirm whether or not to perform prepend and append replacements (see when replacement prompts are set to "Prompt on All" (see Replace Options). The action of the buttons is: {bmc Sr__0024.BMP}

The Department of Administration, Division of State Employees' Insurance (DSEI) is implementing the inclusion of supplemental insurance products into the Pretax Benefits Program, effective with the Biweekly warrants to be dated April 3, 1992, and with a payroll submission date of March 30, 1992.
This first phase of implementation will be the "grandfathering", pursuant to Section 110.123, Florida Statutes, of seven existing group plans into the Pretax Benefits Program. Plans with 5,500 or more State employees enrolled were eligible for "grandfathering." Considerable information was provided in DSEI Memorandum No. 92-06, dated February 28, 1992. The purpose of this memorandum is to provide the details of the implementation as it directly affects payroll processing.

Voters Overwhelmingly Pass GOB Referendum
On November 2, 2004 Hollywood voters passed both General Obligation Bond Referendum questions with nearly 70% voting yes to public safety improvements and 65% voting yes for park and community center improvements. The $54 million in projects will be implemented over a 5 – 7 year period and result in upgraded fire stations, parks and community centers.
Improvements will occur throughout the city including rebuilding the Fred Lippman Multi-Purpose and Senior Center, purchasing new buses to provide seniors with transportation to community centers and cultural events, building new athletic fields, and installing shade covers and safety features at playgrounds. Public safety projects include purchasing new life-saving vehicles for the Fire Rescue Department and advanced crime fighting technology for the Police Department, building a new public safety complex on Federal Highway, and to rebuilding three obsolete fire stations.
