Grâce à vos multiples suggestions, l’élaboration du programme pour la Settimana de 2010 a bien progressé. Actuellement, le nombre de rapporteurs proposés excède même largement nos possibilités. Cela ne devrait pas être un grand ennui comme il faudra tenir compte de quelques réponses négatives à notre invitation.
Ce qui reste néanmoins à regarder de près encore, ce sont les équilibres régionaux et thématiques. Le directeur XXX et moi-même vous invitons donc à regarder encore d’un œil critique la liste provisoire ci-jointe, et de marquer des ajoutes et/ou des préférences là où vous pensez qu’elles s’imposent. Nous vous soumettrons début septembre une liste plus serrée, avec une liste d’alternatives.
Une idée émise lors de la réunion de la Giunta en avril mérite encore d’être élaborée, notamment l’invitation de rédacteurs-en-chef de quelques revues spécialisées de grande renommée internationale. Il serait possible de les réunir le jeudi matin pour discuter de leurs priorités dans une première partie de la Table ronde prévue. Quelques noms nous sont déjà parvenus, mais il serait souhaitable d’en recevoir encore pour des revues françaises, italiennes, allemandes et autres, si le cas se présente. Ici aussi, nous ne pourrons évidemment pas être exhaustifs, mais une bonne représentativité s’impose.
Settimana 2011
Notre collègue XXX a adapté sa proposition selon les indications données par la Giunta en avril dernier. Notamment, il a remplacé le thème de l’organisation sociale, prévu auparavant pour le mardi, par différentes formes de mobilité géographique. Comme notre collègue s’est ainsi acquitté exemplairement de sa mission, je vous propose d’adopter ce texte.

Grazie ai vostri numerosi suggerimenti, la preparazione del programma per la Settimana del 2010 è migliorata significativamente. In questo momento, il numero di relatori proposti supera ampiamente le nostre possibilità. Ciò non dovrebbe costituire un grosso problema, poiché bisognerà tener conto di qualche rifiuto al nostro invito.
Tuttavia, restano ancora da considerare attentamente i bilanciamenti regionali e tematici. Pertanto, il direttore XXX ed io stesso vi invitiamo a mettere ancora in discussione l’elenco provvisorio allegato, evidenziando le correzioni e/o preferenze laddove le reputate necessarie. Vi sottoporremo, all’inizio di settembre, un elenco più ristretto con una serie di alternative.
Deve essere ancora elaborata una proposta nata durante la riunione della Giunta ad aprile, ossia l’invito di redattori capo di qualche rivista specializzata di grande fama internazionale. Sarebbe possibile riunirli giovedì mattina per discutere delle loro priorità nella prima parte della tavola rotonda prevista. Ci sono già pervenuti dei nomi, ma sarebbe auspicabile, nell’eventualità, riceverne ancora relativamente a riviste francesi, italiane, tedesche e altre, se possibile. Anche qui, non potremo essere completamente esaustivi, ma è necessaria una buona rappresentatività.

Il nostro collega, XXX, ha adattato la sua proposta secondo le indicazioni fornite dalla Giunta lo scorso aprile. In particolare, ha sostituito il tema dell’organizzazione sociale, previsto in precedenza per il martedì, con diverse forme di mobilità geografica. Poiché il nostro collega ha svolto il suo compito in modo esemplare, vi propongo di adottare questo testo.
