Source text - English In June 2006, a National Do Not Call List (“National DNCL”) was established based on an amendment to the Telecommunications Act. On Sept. 30th, 2008, amendments to the CRTC Unsolicited Telecommunications Rules go into effect that will establish the National DNCL and make other changes necessary to implement the National DNCL. XXX and its advisors are required to comply with the CRTC unsolicited telecommunications rules.	Translation - French Une Liste Nationale des Numéros de Télécommunication Exclus (« Liste Nationale NTE ») a été établie en juin 2006 sur le fondement d'un amendement apporté à la loi relative aux télécommunications. Source text - English XXX advanced guarding package was reviewed with German authorities, U.K. authorities, and U.K. chain customers in May of 2008. Several authority concerns were raised including the design of the top distributor guards, the vacuum-formed side guards, and several other electronics issues that are not relative to this memorandum. In addition, chain customers voiced a strong preference for a “cellular design” that forms a guarded perimeter around the pinsetter but leaves the internal components open (within the perimeter) for ease of daily maintenance.	Translation - German XXX fortgeschrittenes Schutzvorrichtungspaket wurde von deutschen und britischen Behörden sowie von englischen Filialkunden im Mai 2008 überprüft. Es wurden mehrere Anliegen der Behörden hervorgebracht, darunter die Bauweise der Schutzvorrichtungen am oberen Verteiler, die Seitenschutzvorrichtungen der Saugschalung sowie andere Probleme im Bereich der Elektronik, welche jedoch nicht zu vorliegendem Bericht gehören. 	X Why did the menu change? The updates to the menu were made to make the site easy and more intuitive for visitors. Obviously, like any change, this may take a few days to get used to. The dropdown menus have been divided into two-dimensional panels with similar items grouped together under headings. This eliminates scrolling for those with smaller screens, and also improves readability. More information on the changes... Where is the "My ProZ.com" menu? Mouseover your name at the top of the screen. Here you will find information about your account, your email settings, and more. The "My ProZ.com" menu was moved up here to simplify the main navigation, and to keep all of this type of information together. I cannot find something If you are having trouble finding something with the new menu, please submit a support request.
