Inclusion Criteria
Subjects must meet all of the following inclusion criteria to be eligible for enrolment into the trial:
• Male or female outpatients ≥ 18 years old
• Overactive bladder symptoms (subject-reported) for ≥ 3 months prior to screening/enrolment visit (visit 1)
• Reported at least an average of 1 UUI episode per 24 hours in the 3-day micturition diary prior to the randomization/baseline visit (visit 2)
• Mean urinary frequency of ≥ 8 micturitions per 24 hours as verified by the micturition diary prior to randomization/baseline visit (visit 2)
• Able and willing to complete the micturition diaries and all trial-related questionnaires, and to comply with scheduled clinic visits and clinical trial procedures
• Capability of understanding, and having signed, the informed consent form after full discussion of the research nature of the treatment as well as its risk and benefits
Exclusion Criteria
Subjects presenting any of the following will not be included in the trial:
• Any condition that would contraindicate their usage of Fesoterodine, including: hypersensitivity to the active substance (fesoterodine fumarate) or to peanut or soya or any of the excipients, urinary retention, gastric retention, uncontrolled narrow angle glaucoma, myasthenia gravis, severe hepatic impairment (Child Pugh C), severe ulcerative colitis, and toxic mega-colon
• Clinically significant hepatic or renal disease, and/or with a screening test of AST, ALT, ALP, urea nitrogen, or creatinine greater than 1.5 times the upper limit of normal range (ULN)
• Neurological conditions such as stroke, multiple sclerosis, spinal cord injury, or Parkinson’s disease
• Stage 3 or greater pelvic organ pro-lapse defined as tissue visible through introitus in lithotomy position at rest (without increase in intra abdominal pressure)
• History of lower urinary tract surgery (e.g., incontinence surgery or surgery to reduce prostate size) within the past 6 months
• Treatment with antimuscarinic OAB medication within 2 weeks prior to visit 1; the antimuscarinic OAB medication may include: darifenacin, oxybutynin, propiverine, solifenacin, tolterodine, and trospium

• 在充分讨论治疗的研究性质及其风险和利弊之后，能理解知情同意书的内容，并已在知情同意书上签字
排除标准
有任何下列情况的受试者将不被纳入试验：
• 任何显示使用菲索托定（Fesoterodine）有禁忌证的情况，包括：对活性物质菲索托定延胡索酸盐（Fesoterodine Fumarate）或对花生、大豆或任何赋形剂有超敏反应，尿潴留、胃潴留、未经控制的窄角型青光眼、重症肌无力、严重肝损害（Child-Pugh C 级）、重度溃疡性结肠炎以及中毒性巨结肠等
• 患有有临床意义的肝病或肾病，并且/或谷草转氨酶（AST）、谷丙转氨酶（ALT）、碱性磷酸酶（ALP）、尿素氮或肌酐超出正常范围上限（ULN） 1.5 倍以上
• 神经性病变，如中风、多发性硬化症、脊髓损伤或帕金森氏病
• III期或更为严重的盆腔脏器脱垂，表现为以膀胱切石位休息（不增加腹内压）时体腔入口处可见到脱出的组织
• 在过去 6 个月内有下尿道手术史（比如，尿失禁手术或前列腺肿大手术）
