I am a language professional with MA in English and diploma in culture and media. I studied translation at Gdańsk University (Poland) and Aalborg University (Denmark).

My native language is Polish. I live in Denmark, which gives me first-hand knowledge of Danish institutions, attitudes and everyday practices. I have the Certificate of Proficiency in the Danish language.

Specialisation:
+ As a freelance programmer and system administrator I specialise in IT and computer-related translations, software and web localisation as well as theoretical texts on software and system development.
+ I have many years experience providing technical translation services - from industrial and agricultural machinery documentation to home appliance manuals.
+ As a linguist by education and a lexicographer by passion (creation and maintenance of two on-line dictionaries) I am competent to work on in-depth texts dealing with all aspects of language
