Source text - English 7.1.1 System Device Overview
The Human Ticket Office Machine (TOM) enables to perform transactions of the passenger ticketing and all customer service functions at box offices located at every station.
Customer service functions include the solution of all problems relating smart cards and Single Use Tickets, penalties and remissions, solution of problems regarding customers who have not been able to complete their transactions at TVM (Ticket Vending Machine) or the customers whose money have been swallowed by TVM. Depending on the transactions are done as charged or at the free field, the customer is informed with two customer screens. TOM consists of standard computer, smart card reader, printer, two customer screens and cash drawer. TOM, is connected to the station AFC Data Transfer Computer System through the LAN (Local Area Network).
The number of TOM that will meet the entrance and exit of the significant passengers, is specified in the Detailed Design Stage of AFC System Calculations (REF: 10) of AFC Equipment Numbers.
8. Refillable Smart Card Reader
XXX, is used for reading and writing data with XXX and limited tickets. The SAM slot is also used for security.

Belirtilen belirli yolcu giriş-çıkışlarını karşılayacak TOM sayısı AFC Ekipman Sayılarının AFC Sistem Hesaplamaları Detaylı Tasarım Evresinde (REF:10) belirtilmiştir.
8. Doldurulabilir Akıllı Kart Okuyucu
XXX, XXX ve sınırlı biletlere veri okuma ve yazma için kullanılır. SAM yuvası ayrıca güvenlik için kullanılır.
