Wellicht heeft u via de media reeds vernomen dat de tarweprijzen de laatste maanden een historische piek hebben bereikt.
Zoals reeds gemeld is deze voordurende verhoging te wijten aan verschillende factoren zoals; een lagere oogstopbrengst wereldwijd, het verder toepassen van tarwe en rogge voor de bio - ethanol productie, de stijgende wereldbevolking (meer vraag in de Aziatische landen).
Men verwacht zelfs tekorten op de wereldmarkt. Veel landbouwers verbouwen minder tarwe/rogge, omdat andere grondstoffen zoals; maïs, koolzaad e.d. financieel aantrekkelijker zijn.
Door deze extreem hoge prijsstijging, zijn wij verder genoodzaakt na onze eerste verhoging van 15 juli, nog een verhoging door de voeren van 11,-€ per 100 kg en dit vanaf 3 september e.k.
Niet alleen de tarwe/rogge maar ook de andere basisproducten voor de bakker zoals melk- en eiproducten zijn gevoelig gestegen. Daarom moet u uw kostprijs goed berekenen en kijken in hoeverre ook u, een prijsverhoging doorvoert.

Medyadan muhtemelen buğday fiyatlarının son aylarda tarihte görülmemiş bir şekilde yükseldiğini öğrenmişsinizdir.
Fiyatlarda ki sürekli artışın, dünya çapında daha düşük bir hasat rekoltesi, buğday ve çavdarın biyo ve ethanol üretiminde kullanımına devam edilmesi, artan dünya nüfusu (özellikle Asya ülkelerinde) gibi çeşitli unsurlardan kaynaklandığını kaynaklardan öğrenmekteyiz.
Dünya piyasasında bile kıtlık bekleniyor. Çoğu tarımcı, mısır, kolza, vs., gibi hammaddeleri yetiştirmek ekonomik olarak daha çekici bir hal aldığından dolayı, daha az buğday/ çavdar üretmektedir.
Bu aşırı fiyat artışından dolayı, 15 TEMMUZ tarihinde yaptığımız ilk zamdan sonra, 3 EYLÜL’den itibaren ikinci bir zam yaparak €11/ 100 kg fiyat vermek zorundayız.
Fırıncının temel malzemelerinden sadece buğday/ çavdar değil, ayrıca süt ve yumurta ürünleri gibi temel malzemeleri fiyatları da gözle görülür bir şekilde artmıştır. Bundan dolayı maliyetinizi iyice hesaplayıp, zamları ne denli fiyatlarınıza yansıtacağınızı gözden geçirmeniz gerekir.

2008’e Başlarken
2007 yılının son sayısındayız. 2008'in eşiğin-deyken 2007'yi üç başlık altında değerlen-dirmeye çalışalım:
“Siyaset”, “Terör” ve “Ekonomi”. Ülkemiz siyaseten yoğun bir yıl yaşadı. Önce sonuçlana-mayan cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimleri, ardından erkene alınan milletvekili genel seçimleri, hükümetin kurulması ve tekrar cumhurbaşkanlığı seçimi. En son ise Anayasa'da değişiklikler öngören referandum. Bu arada YÖK başkanı atamasını da bürokratik bir konu olsa da, siyasal ve toplumsal etkileri dikkate alındığında ayrıca eklemek gerekir.
Geçmişte bütün bunlar ülkemizde ciddi bunalım ve kriz sebebi olabiliyordu. Fakat bu defa milletimizin demokrasiye sahip çıkmasıyla bu denli önemli ve kritik siyasal süreçler sorunsuz aşıldı. Türkiye bu seçimlerden ve üst düzey görevlendirmelerden alnının akıyla çıktı. Demokrasimizin olgunlaşma yolundaki başarılarını görmek hepimiz için gurur vericiydi.

"On the Verge of 2008"
We have the last number of 2007. While on the threshold of 2008, we shall try to categorize 2007 under three captions:
“The Politics”, “Terror” and “The Economics”. Our country experienced an intensive year in terms of politics. First of all, the Presidency elections that could not be resulted followed by the accelerated general elections for the parliamentary mandate, making up the cabinet and the Presidency elections again. And the latest was the ballot vote anticipating amendments in the Constitutional Law. By the way, although the issue of assigning the Head of the Higher Education Council is also a bureaucratic one, it needs to be added considering its political and social effects.
In the past, all these could be a reason for crisis and anxiety in our country. But this time, thanks to the fact that our people maintained the democracy, such important and critical social processes passed problem free. Turkey came spotless from these elections and senior assignments. It was a proud for us all to witness the success of our democracy getting mature.

éléments. Le recul me semble maintenant suffisant pour présenter ce système qui apparaît fiable.
