With this we would like to confirm that in January 2007 the officials of the Ministry of Justice of the XXX Republic had a series of meetings with the representatives of YYY International, LLC. During the meetings the parties have discussed the security situation in XXX Republic caused by the current state of the penitentiary institutions as well as the necessity of Penitentiary System reform in general. Parties have agreed that there is an urgent need for securing the prisons to avoid volatile situations that threaten the stability of our new democratic state.
In the course of the meetings we were sufficiently satisfied with the level of expertise, professionalism and unique know-how that YYY International possesses. The company has a record of successful work in austere environments and the flexibility necessary to perform the task at hand.
Based on mutual trust established during the meetings, as well as YYY’s unique capabilities we intend to use YYY International as the source of security solutions and training for the penitentiary system in XXX Republic once the funding becomes available to commence this work.
