The liquidation process is quite time consuming and requires the execution of necessary procedures prescribed by the Law as follows:
Stage I
The shareholders of the company make decision to start the liquidation process, which is followed by the process of fulfillment of all obligations towards the existing creditors. Shareholder or if so prescribed by the charter director or supervisory board nominates the liquidator (natural person or legal entity entitled to lead the liquidation process).
Shareholders decision regarding the liquidation shall be officially published and written notifications shall be sent to the company creditors and to the Tax Authority during the 14 (fourteen) days from the date of making of such decision.
On the 30th day of officially publishing the shareholders decision, same decision shall be republished and written notifications shall be sent to the company creditors containing the deadlines for the fulfillment of obligations.

ПРОЦЕДУРЫ ЛИКВИДАЦИИ

Процесс ликвидации довольно длительный и требует выполнения следующих обязательных процедур, установленных законодательством:
Этап I
Учредители компании принимают решение начать процесс ликвидации, сопровождающийся процессом исполнения всех обязательств перед существующими кредиторами. Учредитель либо, если это предусмотрено уставом, директор или наблюдательный совет назначают ликвидатора (физическое лицо или юридические лицо, уполномоченное на ведение процесса ликвидации).
Решение учредителей о ликвидации должно быть официально опубликовано; кредиторам компании и налоговым органам рассылаются письменные уведомления в течение 14 (четырнадцати) дней после даты принятия такого решения.
На тридцатый день после официального опубликования решения учредителей, то же самое решение должно быть опубликовано еще раз; кредиторам компании рассылаются письменные уведомления, содержащие конечные сроки исполнения обязательств.
