ВИДЕОЭЗОФАГОГАСТРОДУОДЕНОСКОПИЯ
Пищевод свободно проходим, слизистая оболочка его незначительно гиперемирована, ранима. Кардия зияет, переходная линия епителия располагается в 38-39 см от резцов.
Желудок расправился, в просвете значительное количество густой желтого цвета желчи. При ретроградном осмотре кардии определяется небольшая воронка. Слизистая оболочка отечна, умеренно гиперемерирована в препилорической зоне. Сосудистый рисунок неизменен. Складки обычного калибра. Перистальтика активная. Привратник полностью сомкнут, эластичный, проходим свободно, имеется заброс желчи в желудок.
Луковица двенадцатиперстной кишки без видимой деформации, слизистая оболочка незначительно диффузно гиперемирована, ранима. Залуковичные отделы с единичными очагами лимфоангиоэктазий, в просвете густая желчь.

ЗАКЛЮЧЕНИЕ: недостаточность кардии, рефлюкс-эзофагит 0-1 степени;
поверхностный антральный гастрит, дуоденогастральный рефлюкс; косвенные признаки патологических изменений панкреатобилиарной системы.

VIDEO ESOPHAGOGASTRODUODENOSCOPY
Esophagus is unobstructed; its mucous membrane is slightly inflamed, and vulnerable. Cardia is open; epithelium transitional line is located within 38-39 centimeters from incisors.
Stomach is expanded; there is a substantial amount of thick yellow bile in the lumen. During the retrograde examination of cardia a small perforation is evident. Mucous membrane is swollen, and moderately inflamed in the pre-pyloric area. Vascular pattern is unchanged. Gastric folds are of normal thickness. Peristalsis is active. Pylorus is fully closed, elastic, and unobstructed; there is a reflux movement of bile into the stomach.
Duodenal bulb is un-deformed, its mucous membrane is slightly diffusely inflamed, and vulnerable. Parts past duodenum bulb have isolated areas of lymphangiectasies; thick bile is present in the lumen.
Express test for Helicobacter pylori: negative
CONCLUSION: Insufficiency of cardia, reflux esophagitis 0-1 degree; superficial antral gastritis, duodenum gastric reflux; indirect signs of pathological changes in pancreatic bile system.
