1. He has character.Leaders are everywhere; but good leaders develop strong characters that allow them to be perseverant, and complete the task God gives them. A leader with poor character will soon lose all his followers, but one that has a lifestyle matching the greatness of his dream will inspire people to join his vision, and to become more like Jesus. If you know of any character flaws in your life, pray for God to help you. Do not expect to change instantly, but expect God to place you in circumstances where you need to decide to do the right thing rather than your natural tendency.
1.1 Discipline. Discipline is the ability to do the right thing at the right time, repeatedly. In other words, it is an orderly conduct or pattern of behavior. This is a broad definition, but it applies to every area of life, whether it is punctuality, the ability to get up early in the morning, practical order in the place where you live, eating habits, exercising, or whatever. A disciplined life is often one of the paths we must take towards spiritual growth.
1.2 Attitude. Every day, your life will be under deep scrutiny. People will examine how you react in different situations and what attitude you have towards life. Positive qualities in your life will draw people to you, especially a positive attitude.

1.3 Holiness. You are a temple and a channel for the Holy Spirit. If anything soils the temple or obstructs that channel, it will destroy both your own life and the lives of the people that you are leading. Areas to watch out for range from your language, the movies that you watch, the websites you visit, the books you read - to your thought life, your respect for leaders, pride, truthfulness, and more. The Holy Spirit is faithful in pointing out personal flaws in these areas to you. Allow him to correct you. If you find one or several areas particularly difficult to overcome, confide in a close friend or one of your leaders.

6.5. Internal Quality Audits
6.5.1. Internal quality audits are performed at least once a year per quality systems as established in the quality manual. In addition, compliance to GMP and HACCP are performed at least once a year.
6.5.2. A schedule of the audits is prepared by the Quality Technician (appendix 8.3) and aprobado por the Plant Manager. Audit schedule provides to assign an individual number to the audit. Number will be assigned as letter A, year and sequential number following the format yy-###, where yy is year (two digits) and ### is sequential numbering starting with 001. Example A09001 belongs to the first audit from 2009. This is an active document. Therefore, revisions might be necessary according to business needs or management review decision. The schedule is archived in the documentation area.
6.5.3. Depending on business needs, additional process audits might be required. For example due to a customer complaint, due to a deviation, due to an upcoming regulatory inspection, due to an upcoming client audit, etc. A new revision of the internal audit schedule is prepared and aprobado por the Plant Manager.
6.5.4. It is the responsibility of the Plant Manager to assure that internal audits are performed as scheduled.
6.5.5. It is the responsibility of the Quality Technician to perform the audit as scheduled and stated in this procedure.
6.5.6. Prior to perform the audit, the Quality Technician prepares an audit plan and presents it at the opening internal audit meeting to the Plant Manager and Group Leader. The plan includes the date of audit, scope, procedures to audit against and checklist to be used, if applicable.
6.5.7. The Group Leader assists the audit by providing all documentation and resources necessary for audit performance.
6.5.8. Audit observations will be documented in the checklist (appendix 8.4), if applicable. In an absence of checklist, observations will be documented in a report. Quality Technician signs and date the report and send it to the Group Leader for review and Plant Manager for approval and CAPA development. It is the responsibility of the Quality Technician for the CAPA agreement for each observation noted. It is the responsibility of the Plant Manager to assure that CAPA’s are addressed in a timely manner. CAPA’s are documented according to section 6.6 of this procedure.
6.5.9. Once the report is approved, archive document in the documentation area.
6.5.10. Once CAPA’s are addressed, the audit is considered closed.

El plan incluye la fecha de auditoría, el alcance, procedimientos a ser auditados y la lista de cotejo a ser usada, si aplica.
6.5.7. El Líder de Grupo ayuda en la auditoría proveyendo toda la documentación y recursos necesarios para realizar la auditoría.
6.5.8. Las observaciones de la auditoría serán documentadas en la lista de cotejo (apéndice 8.4), si aplica. En la ausencia de una lista de cotejo, las observaciones serán documentadas en un reporte. El Técnico de Calidad firma y fecha el reporte y lo envía al Líder de Grupo para revisión y al Gerente de Planta para aprobación y desarrollo de un CAPA para cada observación anotada. Es la responsabilidad del Gerente de Planta el asegurar que los CAPA’s son atendidos a tiempo. Los CAPA’s son documentados de acuerdo a la sección 6.6 de este procedimiento.
6.5.9. Una vez que el reporte es aprobado, archive el documento en el área de documentación.
6.5.10. Una vez que los CAPA’s son atendidos, la auditoría se considera cerrada.

Your participation in this study is voluntary. You do not have to participate in this research study. You can agree to participate in the study now and change your mind later. You can suspend your participation in the study at any time. Your decision will not affect your regular care. It will not affect your ability to receive care, medications and equipment that you should receive.
The study doctor has the right to withdraw you from the study at any time with or without your consent. The study sponsor, XXX, has the right to instruct the study doctor to remove you from the study at any time with or without your consent. These decisions will be made if:
• it is in your best medical interest to suspend your participation.
• you do not follow the instructions.
• if you skip more than 6 consecutive doses of the study drug.
• the study drug group to which you are assigned is canceled.
• study is cancelled.
If the study doctor or the sponsor ends your participation, or you decide to stop participating in the study before completing it, you will be asked to return to see the study doctor to perform final tests. You may ask that your stored blood samples be destroyed so that no further tests can be performed. The samples that can no longer be identified as yours, such as DNA samples, if you accepted the DNA research tests, will not be destroyed and can still be tested.
If you have side effects caused by the study treatment once the study is over, inform the study doctor and he/she will add this information to your study record.
