El proceso de escolarización es el más importante de cuantos aborda anualmente la Consejería de Educación y el que afecta a un mayor número de ciudadanos y ciudadanas. La normativa que lo regula es de aplicación a todos los centros docentes públicos y privados concertados de Andalucía que imparten segundo ciclo de educación infantil, educación primaria, educación secundaria obligatoria, programas de cualificación profesional inicial, bachillerato, formación profesional inicial, enseñanzas de idiomas, enseñanzas artísticas (artes plásticas y diseño, música, danza, arte dramático) y educación de personas adultas.
La Consejería de Educación, para garantizar el derecho a la educación de todos los andaluces y andaluzas, lleva a cabo en este mes de marzo una campaña de difusión de la escolarización, que tiene como objetivo facilitar toda la información necesaria sobre los plazos para solicitar puesto escolar y para la formalización de la matrícula en las distintas enseñanzas.

BILLETS ET PIÈCES DE MONNAIE EN CIRCULATION
Le montant total de la circulation fiduciaire a atteint, à fin 2007, 126 milliards de dirhams soit une augmentation de 11.3 milliards ou 9.89% contre 20,7 milliards soit 22% constatée une année auparavant.
Le ralentissement de la croissance de la circulation fiduciaire s'explique par l'atonie de l'activité économique en 2007 due en grande partie à une année agricole assez morose.
EVOLUTION DES PIECES ET BILLETS EN CIRCULATION
En termes quantitatifs, les signes monétaires en circulation ont été, en fin d'exercice, de 950 millions billets de banque et de 1.912 millions pièces de monnaie, contre 877 millions billets de banque et 1 845 millions pièces de monnaie à fin 2006.
Quant à la qualité des billets en circulation, l'Institut d'Émission, de par l'Article 20 de ses Statuts, est tenu de procéder au comptage, à l'authentification et au tri qualitatif des fonds versés à ses guichets. Au terme de ces opérations, les billets ne remplissant plus les conditions de mise en circulation sont détruits, sachant que la Banque Centrale alimente l'économie en billets neufs et billets réfectionnés dans des proportions égales.
A ce titre, Bank Al-Maghrib a, en 2007, toutes coupures confondues, retiré et détruit un volume de 322 millions de coupures.
Par ailleurs, la part de la circulation fiduciaire dans la masse monétaire au sens strict (M1) a diminué de 2% en 2007 et ne représente que 28% du total des moyens de paiement poursuivant ainsi une tendance baissière de l'utilisation des billets de banque et des pièces de monnaie dans les transactions,

من الناحية الكمية، بلغ معدل القطع النقدية التي تم تداولها في نهاية هذا العام 950 مليون ورقة بنكية و1.912 مليون قطعة نقدية، مقابل 877 مليون ورقة بنكية و1845 مليون قطعة نقدية حتى نهاية سنة 2006.
ومن ناحية نوعية الأوراق النقدية المتداولة، يتوجب على معهد الإصدار (بنك المغرب)، بموجب الفصل 20 من نظامه الأساسي، تعداد وتوثيق ثم فرز الأموال المسددة لدى شبابيكه. بمقتضى هذه العمليات، تدمر الأوراق البنكية التي لا تستوفي شروط التداول، علما أن البنك المركزي ينعش الاقتصاد من خلال الأوراق النقدية الجديدة والأوراق النقدية التي يجرى استبدالها بنسب متساوية.
وعلى هذا المنوال، سحب بنك المغرب خلال سنة 2007 الأوراق النقدية الممحاة ودمر ما مجموعه 322 مليون من مختلف الفئات النقدية.
وعلاوة على ذلك، فإن حصة تداول العملات في الكتلة النقدية بمفهومها الضيق (M1) انخفضت بنسبة 2٪ في سنة 2007، بحيث لا تمثل سوى 28٪ من إجمالي طرق الأداء، وكذلك استمرار الانخفاض في استخدام الأوراق والقطع النقدية في المعاملات.
