• 1. • Due to some discussions about pros/cons of KudoZ as well as some very Offensive Personal Comments received in the past (from a couple of KudoZ player), I wish to specify following:

Therefore:
• 2. • End of December 2011 I decided to update my ProZ Profile, listing also my Leader Positions "All Time"... This is the result of my 'constant' - but not daily - KudoZ Activity since 27th March 2008... ProZ.com was founded in the year 1999... As a matter of fact, I have been helping other Translators (mostly unknown colleagues) with PRO-level terms,... 'mostly' in the language combination German to Italian... 'sometimes' in the language combination English to Italian... and only 'occasionally' in other language combinations... Although being a Leader All Time n° 1 German to Italian since 29.09.2009 (2009 with 3.775 PRO points, 2012 with approx. 6.501 PRO points), I continue contributing to KudoZ ('mostly' in this language combination) for Pleasure and Dedication in helping (unknown) colleagues... I consider myself an helpful person... In the past I used to volunteer for many years in a sport association as well as at the university... KudoZ means “Term Help for Translators“, a network for professional translators to help each other with terms... The KudoZ network provides a framework for translators and others to assist each other with translations or explanations of terms and short phrases.
• 3. • As a matter of fact, it is very popular to display in the ProZ Profile 'only' the so called KudoZ activity (PRO): PRO-level points, meaning Total Points Earned... (max. 4 points per Selected Answer)… Anyway these Total Points Earned only show a KudoZ Activity in one or more language combinations, but neither the Leader Position "All Time" in a language combination nor the duration of the KudoZ Activity... In my case... 1. I have good Stats (meaning Acceptance Rate of PRO Answered Questions)... 2. My KudoZ activity (PRO) since 27th March 2008: approx. 11.806 Total Points Earned, meaning approx. 11.566 PRO-Level Points... 3. These very high "Total Points Earned" are splitted into several language combinations: 6.501 PRO points in German to Italian: 1°, 2.215 PRO points in English to Italian: 24°, 479 PRO points in Italian to German: 32°, 328 PRO points in French to Italian: 22°, 246 PRO points in Italian to English, 211 PRO points in English to Spanish, 193 PRO points in Spanish to Italian: 17°: 17°, 184 PRO points in French to German, 183 PRO points in German to Spanish, 164 PRO points in English to German, 154 PRO points in German to French, 152 PRO points in Spanish to English, 133 PRO points in German to English, etc., incl. 50 PRO points in Italian to Italian: 14°.
