16.2 Installing SyncQuick Backup software
1. Place the supplied CD-rom in your CD-rom player or DVD-rom player.
2. The disk will start automatically.
3. Choose your language and click ‘Next’.
4. Click ‘ Install SyncQuick Backup’.
5. Click ‘Next’.
6. Follow the indications on your screen to install the software.
7. After installation, the software will start automatically.
8. The following screen will appear:
9. Click ‘Backup Scheduling’.
10. Click ‘Assign Backup Data’ to set a time to backup, or click ‘Manual Backup’ to instantly make a backup.
11. Click on the dotted line behind ‘Backup Source’. Select the disk and folders which you want to backup. Click ‘OK’ to confirm your selection.
12. Click on the dotted line behind ‘Backup To’.
13. Select the drive and/or folder where you want to save the backup to. Click ‘OK’ to confirm your selection. You can also choose the EM4071/EM4072.

12. Haga clic sobre la línea de puntos situada junto al texto ‘Destino de copia de seguridad’.
13. Seleccione la unidad o carpeta en la que desee guardar la copia de seguridad. Haga clic en ‘Aceptar’ para confirmar la selección. También puede seleccionar como destino el dispositivo EM4071/EM4072.

Responsiveness
Many translators consider a project finished when the translation has left the "Outbox", despite the quality or status of the document. It is after a translation has been delivered that last-minute changes and problems often arise. What's the good in meeting a deadline if the translator is not available during the post-delivery stage? It is during this stage that the responsiveness of a translator is of the utmost importance, even more than at the time of acceptance of a project. The project should not be considered finished until the agency has confirmed the translator's labour has ended.
Confidentiality
A translator works with many kinds of documents containing information that is delicate and invaluable to customer. In the translation environment, confidentiality is often not a top priority. Sometimes agencies do not even use confidentiality as a decisive criteria when selecting a translator. However, the reality of our market has highlighted that confidentiality is an important component of any good translation. The customer trusts the agency, and the agency trusts the translator. It's fundamental that this mutual trust be maintained in order to keep the highest quality of service. |
