I am a bilingual professional translator and specialise in the legal and financial/business/economic fields.
I provide sworn translations and I am registered with the Tribunal of Locri, Italy.
Some of the most significant projects I have worked at include translating and abstracting daily financial news; the end client was the European Central Bank. This was an ongoing contract that I looked after for a year and a half until I went on maternity leave. Previously, I translated articles from daily and weekly sources (financial, business, automotive, food) for a variety of clients for two years.
In addition, I translate one-off projects of a similar nature or in line of company financial statements, accounts and legal sections. Other specialist fields include technical (machinery, manuals, etc.), personal correspondence, technology, websites, architecture.
For the past year, I have been working with a large agency translating between 35 and 60k words a month and have a small portfolio of returning customers.
I have recently moved to Italy.
