By way of introduction I would like to say that my name is Bella Alhama-Riego and I graduated from the University of Granada in 2008. I studied English Translation and Interpreting as well as German and Russian. While studying my degree I worked as a ceremony hostess to pay for my studies and in the summertime I worked as a course leader in the UK in order to improve my English. I took advantage of my Erasmus year to develop my German skills.

After finishing my degree I went to London to work as a Spanish Assistant at the Bishop Challoner Secondary School; a very enriching experience which allowed me to become fully proficient in English.

Then I started a Masters in Audiovisual Translation in Barcelona where I was involved in projects such as techniques of media translation and use of specific programs. Throughout the Multimedia Module I translated several websites using HTML, XML or translation programs.
While studying in Barcelona I took some Modules of Audiovisual Communication such as Programming, Scriptwriting or Audiovisual Marketing. What started as a hobby has become a new challenge and my aim is to follow this path.

In addition to my qualifications I would like to highlight my personal features; I am a very sociable person who enjoys team work and working in a friendly environment. Besides that, I am reliable, flexible and very determined. I also find networking complementary to the previously mentioned skills. Due to my background I have learned to be a very detailed person.
