About me
I have been a professional translator English-Dutch and vice versa since 1996, when I had my apprenticeship, and have worked on many projects for many clients, ranging from cover letters to in-depth technical manuals and legal texts.
As such, I have been "grandfathered" into using the PC and other electronic tools to aid translation and am well at home with different application suites - of course, this also stems from my extensive IT and computing/science background.

I am a translator who does not have the "official" education or certification a lot of linguists have, but being bi-lingual and having had a lot of practical experience spread out over the past 15 years definitely makes my skills on-par with extensively certified linguists.

I am a pure freelancer, one who actually does all the work himself - and will decline jobs that would otherwise have to be passed on to someone else. As such, my work will be consistent, and always have the high quality people come to expect of me.
