Domestic Violence booklet
This booklet was produced by the (HIDDEN) State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence.
The (HIDDEN) State Office for the Prevention of Domestic Violence (OPDV) is an executive level state agency that was set up to help improve (HIDDEN) State’s response to domestic violence. OPDV trains people who handle domestic violence cases, like police officers and health care professionals. We raise awareness about domestic violence by creating public education campaigns, including radio and television advertisements, billboards and posters. We work with the Governor and other state agencies to make sure that the needs of people affected by domestic violence are considered and addressed.
OPDV is not a domestic violence program and is not the best resource for emergency help. OPDV staff are available, however, to speak with abused women who are having problems with “the system” – such as the police, courts, or departments of social services. If you are having problems and would like to talk to us, please call our toll free number:

This booklet was created mostly to help people who have been abused by their intimate partner. But it is not always easy to recognize abuse, even for victims themselves. This booklet will try to help you figure out if there is abuse in your relationship and will give you information on how to be safe and get help if there is abuse. If you are not sure, this booklet might be for you if:
· Your partner does things that make you afraid.
· Your partner does things to control you.
· Your partner threatens to hurt you.
· Your partner physically abuses you.

3.1.10. Патоморфологическое исследование
В разделе представлены обобщенные данные некропсии крыс всех исследованных
групп, включая и контрольных животных, так как по результатам макроскопического
исследования изучаемых органов различий между группами не установлено. В целом,
макроскопическая картина внутренних органов во всех группах соответствовала
норме.
Крысы правильного телосложения, удовлетворительного питания. При наружном
осмотре выделений из естественных отверстий не обнаружено. У большинства
животных шерсть блестящая, опрятного вида, очагов облысения не определяется. На
месте выстриженной кожи наблюдается подживание, после скарификации. Зубы
сохранены. Видимые слизистые оболочки бледной окраски, блестящие.
Молочные железы самок без уплотнений на ощупь, выделения из сосков
отсутствовали. Половые органы самцов развиты правильно. деформации или отека
конечностей нет.
Грудная и брюшная полости выпота не содержат. Положение внутренних органов
грудной и брюшной полостей нарушений не представляет. Париетальный и
висцеральный листки плевры и брюшины тонкие, блестящие, гладкие.
Подчелюстные лимфатические узлы и слюнные железы округлой или овальной
формы, бледно-желтой окраски, с гладкой поверхностью, тонкой капсулой, не спаяны

3.1.10. Pathomorphological study
The generalised necropsy findings in all groups of the rats, including all monitored groups are presented in this section, since there were no differences found in macroscopic examination results of internal organs between the groups. In general, the macroscopic appearance of internal organs in all groups corresponded to the norm.
The rats had correct body build, were well fed. The visual examination did not show discharge out of natural orifices. Most rats had neat and shiny hair coat, no alopecia nodes were found. The area with the cut hair and scarified skin was healing. All teeth were intact. The visible mucosal membranes were shiny, of pale color.
The lactiferous glands in females did not contain any nodularities by feel, there were no discharge from the nipples observed. The male reproductive systems were fully developed. No malformations or limb edema were found.
The thoracic and abdominal cavities contained no exudates. The position of the internal organs
in the thoracic and abdominal cavities were within the norm. The parietal and visceral leaflets of the pleura and abdominal membrane were thin, shiny and smooth.
The submaxillary lymph nodes and salivary glands had round and oval shapes, were light yellow in color, smooth, with thin capsule, not glomerated inter se or with nearby tissues .The incision of surface was homogeneous in color.

Определение содержания посторонних примесей.Определение содержания посторонних примесей методом тонкослойной хрома- тографии (ТСХ).На линии старта двух хроматографических пластинок типа Kieselgel 60f размером 106 см на расстоянии 1,5 см от нижнего края микрошприцем наносят полосками шириной 1,5 см отдельно по 25 мкл (5 мкг) каждого раствора (А и Б), приготовленных как написано выше. Пластинки сушат в течение (51) мин. воздухом при температуре (40-50)С и помещают в хроматографическую камеру со смесью растворителей для хроматографии, Хроматографируют восходящим методом до достижения фронтом растворителей линии финиша (0,5 см от верхнего края пластинки). Пластинки вынимают из камеры и сушат в течение 5-10 мин. воздухом при температуре (40-50)С. Первую пластинку помещают на 2 мин. в камеру, насыщенную хлором, находящуюся в вытяжном шкафу. После этого пластинку выдерживают в токе холодного воздуха не менее 5 мин. до полного исчезновения запаха хлора и погружают на 1-2 сек. в раствор бензидина с калия иодидом, . Затем пластинку вместе с подложкой промывают водой при температуре (40-50) С и визуально оценивают хроматограмму при дневном свете. Evaluation of the foreign impurities content.The evaluation of the foreign impurities content by means of the thin-layer chromatography method (TLC).With the help of a microsyringe, 25 mkl (5 mkg) strips of Solutions A and B (1,5 cm wide) prepared according to the instructions above are placed on the starting line of two 106 cm chromatographic plates of the Kieselgel 60f type. The strips are placed at 1,5 cm from the lower edge. The plates are air-dried for (51) min at (40-50)С and placed into a chromatographic chamber containing chromatographic solvent mixture. The process of chromatography is performed by the bottom-up approach until the solvent front reach the finishing line (0,5 cm from the upper edge of a plate). The plates are taken out of the chamber and air-dried for 5-10 min at (40-50)С. For two min the first plate is placed into a chlorine-saturated chamber in the dry box. Then the plate is kept in a cool air current for no less than five min until the complete extinction of the chlorine smell and immersed for 1-2 sec into a benzidine and potassium iodide solution. After that the plate is washed by water along with the support at (40-50) С. The chromatogram is then evaluated at daylight. Solution A chromatograms should not contain any spots except the one corresponding in position (Rf value), appearance and intensity to the spot on the Solution B chromatograms. |
