I am a versatile translator with proven experience in copywriting. I translated the script for the Italian film, La Vita Che Vorrei (in cinemas throughout Italy in 2005). I have translated books and magazines on travel, food and wine from Italian to English. I also specialise in translations for Italy's main fashion and footwear companies (see list of main companies below).
I translate and proofread for a prestigious international watchmaking quarterly as well as international editions of Italy's leading travel magazine.
In addition, I regularly work with some of Italy's leading haircare and cosmetics companies.
In February 2007 I won first prize in the non-technical section of the translation competition "Il Traduttore Visibile", organised by Parma University, Parma Municipality and Parma's Provincial Authorities (text submitted: description of Trentino wines and wine-making methods).
