Two doses of the live attenuated G1P human rotavirus (HRV) vaccine are highly efficacious in protecting infants against severe rotavirus gastroenteritis, a phase-3 trial of the vaccine has shown. The trial, in healthy 6- to 13-week-old Latin-American and Finnish infants, comprised 63,000 infants who were studied for vaccine safety; of this group, 20,000 also were evaluated for vaccine efficacy. Pharmacotherapy
Since Donald Klein first described the efficacy of the tricyclic antidepressant imipramine for blocking panic attacks in 1964, many studies have recorded the efficacy of most antidepressants in panic disorder. Benzodiazepines are another effective medication currently available. Other treatments with theoretically relevant mechanisms of action (eg, corticotropin-releasing-factor receptor-1 antagonists) are still in development. The aim of pharmacotherapy is not only to prevent the occurrence of panic attacks, but also to reduce or eliminate associated anticipatory anxiety, phobic avoidance, and other symptoms due to comorbid conditions such as major depression.
Currently, SSRIs are the preferred treatment for panic disorder, on the basis of many positive placebo-controlled, randomised trials supporting the efficacy of six different drugs—fluoxetine, fluvoxamine, sertraline, paroxetine, citalopram, and escitalopram. Meta-analyses and reviews, focusing on several of these agents have reported medium to large effect sizes compared with placebo. Most trials have been short term, although several have examined and confirmed longer-term efficacy of up to 1 year. These compounds are also effective for associated mood and other anxiety disorders. Therapeutic response in panic disorder is a class effect, which is common to all the SSRIs, with no evidence of differential efficacy within the class.
Placebo-controlled trials also support the efficacy for an extended-release form of venlafaxine in panic disorder. Either efficacy findings are absent (eg, for duloxetine, mirtazapine, nefazodone) or evidence indicates a low efficacy (eg, for trazodone, bupropion) for other second-generation antidepressants. The older class of tricyclic antidepressants, although associated with more side-effects, includes drugs that are both less expensive and similarly effective than newer classes of antidepressants, with many studies indicating efficacy for imipramine, desipramine, clomipramine, nortriptyline, and amitriptyline. | Translation - Spanish

Most patients with any degree of urinary incontinence will have symptoms that point to stress incontinence, urge incontinence or mixed incontinence. The symptom of
stress urinary incontinence is the involuntary loss of urine accompanying sudden increases in intra-abdominal pressure (i.e., “stress”); this loss is sudden, coincident with the stressor and usually without warning. Urge incontinence occurs when an overwhelming urge to void results in leakage of urine; about half of all patients with overactive bladder syndrome experience urge incontinence. Mixed incontinence is the concurrence of stress and urge incontinence symptoms.
As the bladder fills, sensory afferent signals are carried via the pelvic and hypogastric nerves to the spinal cord, where they are relayed to the pontine micturition centre via the lateral spinothalamic tracts and dorsal columns.

Step-by-step instructions
XXXXXXX is typically applied every
three months, but can be used at shorter
intervals if necessary.
1. Clean tooth surfaces thoroughly using
Proxyt prophy paste. (Fig. 1).
2. Dry the teeth with cotton rolls and an
air syringe.
3a. Single Dose: Remove the foil and apply
the varnish directly from the Single
Dose (Fig. 2).
3b. Tube: Press out three drops into a
dappen dish and reseal the tube (Fig.
3). Hold the tube in a vertical position
with the cap facing upward. When
pressing out the contents, hold the
opening down vertically.
4. Apply a thin coat of varnish using an
applicator or suitable brush (Fig. 4). In
proximal areas, apply XXXXXXX
with dental floss (Fig. 5).
5. Let the varnish dry; it can be dispersed
with air if necessary. The clear, colorless
varnish dries within 30 seconds
(Fig. 6).
6. Remove the cotton rolls after 30
seconds.
7. Instruct patients not to rinse their
mouth immediately after application.
8. After the XXXXX application,
patients should wait 1 hour before eating
or drinking.
Conclusion
The new generation XXXXXX varnish
represents a significant improvement
from the original version. Both
the Multi Dose and Single Dose units
prevent the risk of cross contamination,
while the dropper tube makes it possible
to dispense the required amount of varnish
hygienically and economically. The
protective varnish significantly contributes
to keeping teeth, crown and bridge
work, and implants in good condition for

Conclusión
El barniz XXXXX de nueva generación representa una mejora significativa, a partir de su versión original. Las unidades Multi Dosis y de Dosis única previenen el riesgo de contaminación cruzada, mientras que el tubo gotero hace posible distribuir la cantidad requerida de barniz, de forma higiénica y económica. El barniz protector contribuye de forma significativa a mantener en buenas condiciones los dientes, las coronas, puentes e implantes, por periodos prolongados de tiempo.
