Established as a freelance translator targeting leading translation companies and performing freelance assignments online. As with all self-employment endeavours, I maintain a close involvement in all business operations, from advertising, website development, and client service, through administration.

•Successfully appointed to high profile projects with leading companies in software and videogames industry.
•Continuous collaborations with other colleagues in translating specialized texts (legal, medicine, automotive, etc).
•Planned and translated into English the “Patronato de Turismo del Baix Camp” (Tourism Council of the Baix Camp region, Spain) website, successfully completing the whole project on time and under budget.

Performed all aspects of customer services, including answering telephone calls from England and Germany, coordinating events, and providing details for products and services in a leading company in the area of automotive certification. Handled inbound sales duties, including order entry processing and fulfilment. Resolved billing questions, initiated customer calls, and performed data entry.

As an in-house translator I assisted the translation team by translating, proofreading, filing and researching articles in medicine projects. Also served as liaison between management staff and customers.
