O Fundo emitiu cotas seniores e subordinadas, denominadas em reais. Essas cotas tern o direito de receber, se houver, rendimentos decorrentes do pagamento de emprestimos pessoais com consignagao em folha denominados na mesma moeda, e/ou outros instrumentos de renda fixa, investimentos financeiros de curto prazo e dinheiro integrantes da carteira do Fundo. Quotas Payment Mechanism
The Fund has issued senior and subordinated quotas, designed in Brazilian Real. Such quotes have the right to receive, if having, profits resulting from the payment of payroll consigned personal loans, designed in the same currency, and/or other fixed income instruments, short term financial investments, and amounts part of the Fund's portfolio. The profit and face value of senior quotas will be paid with the cash flow generated by loans and other investments. The originator has the subordinated quotas that are not classified by Standard & Poor's.

Abstract
Nanoscience and nanotechnology are areas that have a great potential for new materials and new applications development.
Many nanotechnology researches are associated with the using of carbon nanotubes (CNTs), once they are products that have amazing properties, for example, modulus of elasticity of approximately 1TPa, that is, five times the steel's.
Recently many researchers are using the nanotechnology concept to create Portland concrete composites, where they look for the comprehension of the hidration of cement particles and addition of nanometrics (nm) particles, either nano-silica, carbon nanotubes or nanofibres.
In a near future, with the development of new researches and with the advance of new techniques of nanoparticles incorporation, the Portland cement will become a high technology product when compared to its current condition - of only a conventional product of civil construction. Its usage could be increased in manufacture of nano-concretes, mortar, and other high performance and efficacy materials, and could be an innovator product in different industries areas, opening new consuming market.
The purpose of this article is to provide a series of information related to the subjects above, using recent researches, results, innovations and new challenges as base.

Resumo
A nanociência e a nanotecnologia são áreas que apresentam grande potencial para o desenvolvimento de novos materiais e novas aplicações.
Muitas pesquisas com nanotecnologia estão relacionadas com a utilização dos nanotubos de carbono, pois são produtos que apresentam excepcionais propriedades, como por exemplo, módulo de elasticidade de aproximadamente 1TPa, ou seja, cinco vezes maior que a do aço.
Recentemente inúmeros pesquisadores estão utilizando o conceito de nanotecnologia para criação de compósitos de cimento Portland, na qual busca-se a compreensão da hidratação das partÃculas de cimento e a adição de partÃculas nanométricas (nm), seja nano-sÃlica, nanotubos de carbono ou nanofibras.
Num futuro próximo com o decorrer de novas pesquisas e o avanço de novas técnicas na incorporação das nano-partÃculas, o cimento Portland se tornará um produto de alta tecnologia comparado ao seu estado atual, de ser somente um produto convencional da construção civil. A sua utilização poderia ser potencializada na fabricação de nano-concretos, argamassas, e outros materiais de alta performance e desempenho, como também ser um produto inovador em outras áreas da indústria abrindo novos mercados consumidores.
O objetivo deste artigo é fornecer uma coletânea de informações relacionadas com os assuntos acima, com base em pesquisas recentes, resultados, inovações e próximos desafios.
