INSTALLATION
Drying of Coolers
On compressors used in nitrogen and dry air service the following is recommended prior to commissioning of machine.
1. Remove drain plug(s) from bottom of cooler shell and shell cover assembly, if applicable. See cooler assembly drawing, in this section, for drain locations.
2. With drain plugs removed, purge machine with dry air for a minimum of 24 hours.
3. Remove purge from compressor and replace drain plugs.
Bundle Removal
Clearance must be provided at the water nozzle end of the cooler to remove the tube bundle. Refer to the Compressor Installation Arrangement drawing for clearance dimensions.
Water Piping
If the cooler water manifold is not provided by manufacturer, refer to the Water Schematic drawing for recommendations and definition of Click’s scope of supply. Control valves should be provided on the discharge line of each cooler. The manifold should include couplings for temperature and pressure gauges on both inlet and discharge lines close to the heat exchanger.
Drain piping should be isolated for each cooler and not piped to a closed manifold system. Before connecting piping, inspect all openings of the coolers and piping for contaminants.

Сушка охладителей
Компрессоры, предназначенные для работы в азотной и сухой атмосфере, рекомендуется подвергнуть следующей процедуре до начала эксплуатации:
1. Удалите сливную пробку (и) из нижней части корпуса охладителя и сборки корпуса крышки, если необходимо. См. сборочный чертеж охладителя, в этом разделе, для местоположений сливов.
2. При снятых сливных пробках, очистите машину сухим воздухом в течение как
минимум 24 часов.
3. Удалите зачистку с компрессора и замените сливные заглушки.
Снятие соединительных узлов
Зазор (клиренс) должен быть достаточен на конце водяного сопла охладителя для удаления трубного соединения (узла) . См. установочный чертеж компрессора для размеров зазора (клиренса).
Водопровод
Если охладитель водяного коллектора не предоставлен производителем, обратитесь к диаграммным чертежам водного потока для рекомендаций и перечня поставок. . Регулирующие клапаны должны быть предоставлены на линии вывода каждого охладителя. Коллектор должен включать в себя муфты для датчиков температуры и давления датчики на линиях входа и вывода ближе к теплообменнику.
Трубопроводные сливы должны быть изолированы для каждого охладителя и не передаваться в замкнутую систему коллектора. Перед соединением трубопроводов, проверьте все отверстия охладителей и трубопроводов на наличие загрязняющих веществ.

ОБЛАСТЬ ПРИМЕНЕНИЯ
Настоящие технические условия определяют минимальные требования к проектированию, материалам, изготовлению, проверкам и испытаниям систем электродвигателя с регулируемой частотой вращения переменного тока, состоящих из преобразователя частоты и асинхронного двигателя с короткозамкнутым ротором.
2. ОТВЕТСТВЕННОСТЬ ПРОДАВЦА
2.1 Любое несоответствие между требованиями настоящих технических условий и требованиями соответствующих норм, стандартов, опросных листов, чертежей, заявок и т. д. должно быть доведено до Покупателя для получения уточнений.
2.2 Не допускается использование допущений в случае недостатка информации. Продавец обязан получить достоверную информацию от Покупателя или из другого источника.
2.3 Продавец обязан предоставить перечень всех приспособлений, специальных инструментов и сопутствующих деталей, необходимых или способствующих правильной установке, эксплуатации и обслуживанию оборудования, даже если эти изделия не указаны на чертежах, в технических условиях или на опросных листах.
2.4 Все предлагаемое оборудование и материалы должны полностью соответствовать требованиям заявки. Альтернативные решения могут предлагаться только тогда, когда они являются усовершенствованием, при этом они должны предлагаться отдельно.
2.5 Продавец должен подготовить паспорта на оборудование в полном соответствии с надлежащими российскими стандартами и требованиями. Образец должен быть представлен с предложением.
2.6 Продавец должен предоставить перечень, указав в нем требования к энергоносителям и их потребление, включая потребление электроэнергии для собственных нужд, воздуха КИПиА, охлаждающей воды и т. д.
2.7 В объем поставки оборудования должно быть включено обучение следующих специалистов:
– Специалисты, имеющие доступ и осуществляющие техническое обслуживание на техническом уровне;
– Специалисты, имеющие доступ и осуществляющие техническое обслуживание на пользовательском уровне.
3. НОРМАТИВНЫЕ ДОКУМЕНТЫ
Электродвигатели должны проектироваться, конструироваться и испытываться в соответствии с требованиями настоящих технических условий и последней редакции действующих национальных стандартов (ГОСТ, СНиП и т. д.); на оборудование, не производимое в России, должны также распространяться требования стандартов IEC.
3.1 НАЦИОНАЛЬНЫЕ СТАНДАРТЫ
На оборудование распространяются требования всех соответствующих российских стандартов (в частности, ГОСТ, СНиП и т. д.). Участник тендера должен указать применимые российские стандарты в предложении.

2. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE SELLER
2.1 Any nonconformity with the requirements of the present technical specifications and the requirements of the corresponding norms, standards, interrogatory sheets, drawings, requests, etc should be brought to the attention of the buyer for clarification.
2.2 In the case of a deficiency of the information no assumptions are permitted. The Seller is obligated to obtain adequate information from the buyer or another source.
2.3 The Seller is obligated to present a list of all devices, special tools and associated details, necessary to facilitate the correct installation, use and servicing of equipment, even if these tools and details are not indicated on the drawings, in the technical specifications or in the questionnaires.
2.4 All proposed equipment and materials must completely correspond to the requirements of the request. Alternative solutions can be proposed only for improvement, and in this case they must be proposed separately.
2.5 The Seller must prepare technical passports for the equipment in accordance with Russian standards and requirements. The model sample must be presented with the proposal.
2.6 The Seller is obligated to present a list with requirements for energy carriers and energy consumption, including the consumption of electric energy for its own needs, air, control-measurement instruments and apparatus, cooling water, etc.
2.7 The package of equipment delivery should include training of the following specialists:
- specialists who can access and maintain the equipment at the technical level;
- specialists who can access and maintain the equipment at the user level.
3. NORMATIVE DOCUMENTS
Electric motors (drives) must be designed, built and tested in accordance with the demands of presented technical specifications and latter editions of valid national standards (GOST, SNIP- Construction norms and regulations, etc); equipment not produced in Russia, also must comply with the requirements of standards IEC.
3.1 NATIONAL STANDARDS
The equipment should comply with the requirements of all corresponding Russian standards (in particular, GOST, SNIP (Construction norms and regulations),etc). A tender participant must indicate the applicable Russian standards in the proposal.

You should also realize that the country in which you operate has it’s own standards for dealing with these issues. While we can't deal with them in detail in this module, it’s important to keep in mind that the requirements of the FCPA frequently parallel the requirements of local law. So while this module looks at issues from a US legal perspective, you and your business unit are already likely to be subject to much the same standards under your country’s legal regime. Indeed, local legal requirements in some countries are even more rigorous than those of the FCPA.
At the conclusion of this module, we'll provide an opportunity for you to give us your opinion on this method of learning and the content of the module.

The FCPA is not the exclusive regime governing your company's commitment to business ethics. The Johnson & Johnson International Health Care Business Integrity Guide (the "Guide") is also applicable. Regarding free translation tests:
Why are translators asked by agencies to submit to a demeaning, free sample of their professional capabilities in the form of a free translation test? Would you dream of asking another professional such as an accountant, a lawyer, or even the guy with a lawnmower who comes a few times a month to mow your grass because you are too lazy to do it yourself to give you a free sample first? Probably not. This would not be advisable especially with the guy with the lawnmower. He probably works out and the situation might escalate from a simple verbal disagreement to something more physical than verbal.
However, I am not completely against all free translation samples. If you are a well established entity, such as a law firm or even a respected translation agency, I will consider working for free for you.
