Inlet Bend
Comprises of a cast, 90° double flange bend. The inlet flange is drilled to requirements. The bend incorporates a stuffing box gland and mounting flange facing to take the support pillar/thrust tube.
Guide Spiders
Consists of a ductile iron flange and a centrally located boss which is attached to the flange by integrally cast radial ribs. The top face of the flange has a spigot and the bottom face recessed for location purposes, both faces sealed by means of rubber cord joints.

Coude d’entrée
Il s’agit d’un coude à 90° moulé à deux brides. La bride d’entrée est percée conformément aux exigences. Le coude comprend un fouloir et une bride de raccordement orientée pour accueillir la colonne de soutien/la tuyère.
Croisillons de guidage
Il s’agit d’une bride en fonte et d’un bossage centré fixé à la bride par des rayons entièrement moulés. La face supérieure de la bride est munie d’un bout mâle et la face inférieure est évidée, à des fins de positionnement. Ces deux faces sont étanchéifiées à l’aide de joints en caoutchouc.
Le bossage et les rayons sont profilés pour réduire les perturbations de l’écoulement. |

After graduating as a Mechanical Engineer at the ENSMM (Besançon, France) and obtaining a Master's degree in Automotive Engineering from Chalmers UT (Gothenburg, Sweden), I had a short experience in the Safety department of a well-known French car manufacturer.
I then went back to school to study translation at the ISIT (Paris, France) and earned my translator's degree before entering Star as a Project Manager. One year later, in 2006, I settled as a freelance translator and moved to Japan.
Since then, I have dealt, as a translator and a proofreader, with projects in various fields: energy and mechanical engineering, which are my favourite subjects, and also physics, electrical engineering, IT and consumer electronics, among others.
I have broad experience translating Installation, Operation and Maintenance manuals, as well as training documents and standards, but can also handle website translations and many other kinds of documents.
