GERMAN TO ENGLISH ACCOUNTING AND CONTRACT TRANSLATIONS

FRENCH TO ENGLISH BUSINESS TRANSLATIONS
I am a freelance translator specializing in the language pairs German-English and French-English. In 2004 I earned an MA Degree from the University of Freiburg (Germany) in English Philology, i.e. Linguistics and Literature. English, German and French were the primary languages for these graduate studies. Translation made up a significant part of my training in linguistics. In 1998 La Sorbonne, University of Paris (iv), awarded me with a diploma in French Civilization. Having earned these degrees, one of my objectives is to secure consistent translation work. Several educational and professional institutions (sub)contracted me to carry out professional translations, including a (German to English) co-translated book publication in business. Although I enjoy translation and proofreading in the areas of philology, theology and history, my translation focus is in accounting/financial reports and legal contracts. I am an ATA member and founder of the website crosscultureword.com.
