Preparation
Toast first 3 ingredients in small skillet over medium-high heat until fragrant, shaking skillet, about 1 minute. Coarsely grind spices in mortar and pestle or spice grinder. Transfer to large bowl; mix in oil, ginger, chile sauce, cinnamon, and honey. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add shrimp and onion; toss to coat.
Heat large nonstick skillet over medium-high heat. Add onion; cook until blackened in spots, turning occasionally, about 5 minutes. Move onions to side of pan. Add shrimp and marinade; sauté until shrimp are just cooked through, about 3 minutes. Transfer shrimp and onions to plates. Top with cilantro, if desired.

Faire griller les 3 premiers ingrédients dans un petit poêlon, à feu moyen, pendant environ 1 minute, en remuant jusqu'à développer les parfums. Écraser grossièrement les épices dans un mortier ou au moulin. Transvaser dans un grand saladier, ajouter l'huile, le gingembre, la sauce chili, la cannelle et le miel. Saler, poivrer. Ajouter les crevettes, l'oignon et bien mélanger.
Faire chauffer une grande poêle antiadhésive, à feu moyen. Ajouter l'oignon, faire revenir environ 5 minutes jusqu'à coloration, en agitant de temps en temps. Réserver l'oignon dans un coin de la poêle. Ajouter les crevettes et la marinade, faire sauter environ 3 minutes jusqu'à cuisson des crevettes. Dresser les crevettes et les oignons dans les assiettes. Décorer de quelques feuilles de coriandre.
