After studying mathematics and physics, I founded a translation company and bought my first MT system in 1990. After selling the company INTL.com in 1998, I was appointed President Enterprise Solutions and became responsible for all ERP, CRM and related companies worldwide. When INTL.com was acquired by Lionbridge, I moved to the USA and became Vice President Process and Technology, working out of the Waltham, MA headquarters for 2 years. After three more years acting as Managing Director of Lionbridge Germany and of Logoport GmbH and Head of Sales Continental Europe at the same time, I decided it was time to implement my own ideas regarding customer-based services again.
