No, attendees will be able to navigate within the virtual environment but will not see their avatar walking. However, photos can be uploaded so others can see you when chatting and networking.

As indicated on the registration page at http://www.proz.com/virtualconference information provided to the Unisfair registration platform will be shared with exhibitors whose booths you visit, and anyone you elect to share that information with while networking via the exchange business card feature. The form will ask you to enter your email, and your password and login information will be sent to that email address.

  • 19 - Will there be a long wait to talk with representatives?

There should not be. The event registration of over 5,000 represents 100+ countries and their time zones. Over the course of the 12 hours of the event it is anticipated that the volume of attendees at any given moment will fluctuate and with attendants moving from area to area, there should not be too much congestion in the environment, and wait times to chat with representatives should be reasonable.

Attendees will have multiple options to network. You can visit the networking lounge, participate in language-specific forums, and invite other visitors in the lounge to private chats. Attendees can also use the networking navigation bar – this will permit searching for other attendees by language, country, service type, specialty field and more.
