L'abondance sur votre table !
L'Abondance est reconnaissable à sa belle croûte ambrée ainsi qu'à son talon concave. Environ 100 litres de lait cru et entier sont nécessaires à la fabrication d'une meule dont le poids est compris entre 7 et 12 kg.
Le Berthoud accompagné de sa salade composée, du jambon cru maison et de pommes de terre constitue un succulent repas équilibré.
Recette : le Berthoud chablaisien
* Frotter un ramequin à l'ail et disposer de fines lamelles d'Abondance (150 g),
* Arroser le tout de Madère (1c à café) et de vin blanc de Savoie (1c à café), puis poivrer,
* Faire gratiner au four 5 mn,
* A déguster avec des pommes de terre.
Agréable à déguster accompagné d'un vin blanc de Savoie, ses fins arômes s'exprimeront pour le plus grand bonheur des initiés. | Translation - English
Abondance Cheese on your table!
Abondance cheese is known for its nice amber-colored crust and also for its concave base. About 100 L of full-cream and unpasteurized milk is needed to make one round which weighs about 7 to 12 kg.
Berthoud is accompanied by a compound salad, homemade raw ham and potatoes that makes up a succulent balanced meal.
Recipe: Berthoud chablaisien
* Rub ramekin with garlic and add thin slices of Abondance cheese (150 g);
* Sprinkle it with Madeira wine (1 tsp) and with white wine of Savoie (1 tsp), then add pepper;
* Brown it in an oven for 5 min;
* Eat this with potatoes
It is good to savour this with white wine of Savoie. The emitted fine aroma will give you great pleasure. |
