Learn about what the Internet has to offer translators and other language service providers. Leverage online glossaries and dictionaries. Search the web and find the information you’re looking for. Save your documents and resources online, so you can share them with colleagues/clients and access them anytime, anywhere. Save your backups online. Do your translations online. Convert files between different formats – PDF, Word, Excel, pictures. Research your clients and partners before you commence cooperation. And more…

The workshop will cover the following topics:

* On-line glossaries and dictionaries
* Searching the web
* On-line saving/sharing of documents
* On-line backup
* On-line translation
* On-line conversion of formats
* Company background research

Do you have any favorite on-line resources in one of the above categories? Do you know any websites or on-line applications you'd like to recommend to others?
Please send an e-mail to prozcon2010@mara.cz. Thank you!
