Discover your business talents and multiply your turnover!
Do you think you were born to sell? In your daily life, you are able to convince people and to federate them, but when time comes to sell your services, would you prefer to run away? Do you tell yourself I was not born with selling talents? Or I don’t know how to sell? Behind every selling technique you have people, with their talents, qualities and imperfections.
During this session we’ll work together to discover your talents. We will do a journey to find out:
The talent(s) you can use in your daily business life to sell your services.
The talent(s) that you have, but that you don’t use yet, and how to use them.
This session will be followed by a free thirty-minute individual business coaching session for attendees that want to discuss more in detail the talents they can use to increase their turnover. This session is for freelance translators who despite their translation abilities can’t manage to generate a sufficient turnover. These translators are usually in search of new projects, lowering their rates to get them and accepting unsuitable working terms and conditions.

Alessia Vonau (France), Business coach
Bio: Alessia Vonau is a sales accelerator who shares her talent with solo entrepreneurs and small business owners who wish to develop their business. After obtaining a PhD in cognitive psychology in 1997, she demonstrated her value as a trainer, sales representative and sales director in a training company.
In 2005 she founded DILÉAL, a sales training and coaching centre and a translation agency, where her experience and passion serves as the building blocks to enable others find their success in sales and other empowering courses. Her clients tell that she is a demanding and enthusiastic person with a contagiously good sense of humour. Since 2008 she has also given conferences and on-line workshops focused on sales development. In 2010 she decided to provide even more for her clients by investing in training and sales coaching with top American coaches.
Alessia is French-Italian bilingual and speaks English fluently.
