Hi all,

I'm translating a Word text and I'd like to insert a grey text variable that is visible in the grid into my translation (into the target box). How can I do that?

Hans

Do you just double click on it?

I can't quite remember off hand.

Thanks Hazel! You are right. I just found confirmation in the user manual 5 minutes ago. The other way to insert a grey field is using the keyboard:

Ctrl+Shift+number
or
Ctrl+Shift+0 (to insert the active field)
