Dear All,

After 45 day trial of Across I changed the license key. But when I tried to open Across, it said that the License "..............." does not exist or does not match the master license. Please contact your administrator.

Then I contacted the administrator and got the instruction to change the license via CAP file. It was almost done until the last step, when I tried to save the replaced Lic number in the CAPs file and close the window, it said that my acces to the (CAPs) file was denied.

I repeated it again and again, but still the same. Please help me.

Thank you.
