Hi, I have just downloaded Alchemy Catalyst 10 Lite, but I can't seem to get the license file to work. I have downloaded the license file and placed it with the Alchemy program files (I run XP) and restarted my computer, but Catalyst doesn't seem to be able to locate the file as it keeps asking me if I want to run in demo mode, activate or request a license for the Lite version.

Has anyone had a similar issue?

Hi Ivana,

I saw that you mentioned program files in your post, could it be that you haven't placed the license file under:
c:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Alchemy Software\Catalyst 10.0\

If you have placed the file in that location please let me know.

Thanks and regards,
Jette
