This stone was found in Central Anatolia (Ankara Region). I was told it's Galatian Celtic but don't know how to verify that. Would appreciate any help identifying the language so I can then find out what it means.

What about Ogur, Jul 15, 2016

It does not look like a Celtic language to me, Old Celtic, Ogham. Perhaps a Turkic language?
Modern Celtic languages use Latin alphabet.
