We have translated a book from English into Arabic. now we need to flow the text into indesign. the book has complex layout with a lot of images, charts etc. which font should we use?
Will be obliged if you can share link of font and method of conversion and input.

yes, it does. Jan 11, 2016

Thanks Sorour for your reply. We use indd cc which has the Arabic support. We can format the page for right to left script and also it shows various Arabic fonts. Though it shows Arial Unicode, all the letters get changed that we copy paste from a word file using Arial unicode font.

Cahnge to Adobe World-Ready Paragraph Compser Mar 4, 2016

Hi,

I believe you've already solved this issue. If not, you just need to change the composer from Adobe Single-Line (or Paragraph) Composer to Adobe World-Ready Single-Line (or Paragraph) Composer.

You can find all 4 options under paragraph options, or from the sliding menu at the top-right corner of the application.

Cheers,

Ahmad
