Hi everybody,
In 2004, I built a web page featuring more than 15 bilingual and monolingual Arabic and English dictionaries. I keep updating it from time to time. What I am asking for is getting your suggetions and recommendations to imrpove it. Now I consider building a page that contain a database of sites dealing with Arabic language. I think it will contain links to sites of Arabic grammar, lexical items, issues of dialecys, etc.
I need your help (I mean to give me URL of such sites).

My page is

Hello w2m14,

Your page has been on the top of my favourites list for a couple of months now, and it's my first choice when I need an online EnAr dictionary!

Here are some of the online Arabic language resources I use:

http://www.nahw.8m.com/
http://www.schoolarabia.com/arabic/index.htm
http://www.arabization.org.ma/
http://www.alburaq.net/mukhtar/root.cfm

Not much, but I hope you will find them useful.

Nesrin

In the event you contemplate other AR combinations, following is a resource gateway for scholars seeking to uphold language and cultural ties with good old Al-Andalus:

http://www.arabismo.com/index.php3

Hyperlinks will also lead you to French and English combination and dialect resources. Of interest to legal translators is the University of Malaga's legal resources page (under "Traducciَn").

This is an upcoming combination in Spain, where the government projects to assimilate an increased number of Arabic language translators/interpreters.
