I'm sorry, I know this really ought to be posted as a KudoZ question but I don't know Arabic and am not equipped to enter it there.
A friend of mine has asked me for the meaning of this. There is no context.

Thank you all. I have since been told that this is a slogan on a T-shirt, so I think "I will not surrender" must be right.
