How much to charge Insurance Companies

Hello all:

I need assistance in finding out how much to charge insurance company for workers comp. interpreting services and transportation services. I am a freelancer, but the opportunity presented itself to work directly with the companies instead of just being the "middle man". I do not want to overcharge not under. Thank you.
