Hi everyone!

I'm filling out a "freelancer questionnaire" for an agency I'm interested in working with.

They request: Please provide details of professional indemnity insurance held.

I do hold indemnity insurance, but I'm not sure I want to give any details. What do you write in cases like this?

Thanks!

Annika

Questionnaires... Feb 17, 2005

If you feel uncomfortable about answering any questions on any questionnaires, I think you should just leave those questions blank.

If they really are important, they'll probably get back to you to find out why you left them blank and then you can ask them why they need that particular information...

Thanks :-) That's more or less what I did... Feb 23, 2005

Hi Derek,

Thanks for your responseicon_smile.gif You're right. If I feel uncomfortable about answering certain questions, I shouldn't.

I actually ended up writing that I'd send them more info (if requested) if they were, indeed, seriously interested in pursuing a work relationship (after having read my completed questionnaire).

Thanks - and I hope all's well on your endicon_smile.gif
