Do you charge more for working with a hard copy of source documents?

I certainly think one should charge more for a hard copy or an image file of the original document for many reasons (it makes the use of CAT tools impossible, the quality of the image is almost always very low and hard to work with, to name just a couple), but would love to hear what the standard industry practice is (if there is one). Thanks to all!
