URGENT, can anyone give me a good source to defend myself as a company who provides work to independant interprters and sends them a 1099 at tjhe end of the year?

Employment Comm. in my state is saying they are employees and not sub-contractred althoug they signed contract, not receiving training, etc

thanks

Perhaps you can contact the US Chamber of Commerce (or the Chamber for your state?) for more assistance.
