I use Translation Office 3000 and I am quite happy with it.

and a pen.

Plus a little holder to hold the cards, although the cards more often are just in a little pile on my desk.

Major advantage: I can look at the cards without having to open a file, I can shuffle them and arrange them every which way I want/need.

I write invoices using Quicken Home & Business. Not the easiest and most streamlined system, but it works.
