We have been having problems with our website and domain due to our hoster\'s fault. Currently we are in the process of recovering. We will notify all our customers about new website and contact info shortly (within a day or two (max.)). All pending orders for PractiCount and Invoice have been already completed and our new customers should have received their registration information by now.

Thanks for the info - you may want to consider repeating your posting in two threads where users complained about problems:
I would like to announce that the current address for PractiCount and Invoice has changed to http://www.practiline.net until we get our main websites (practiline.com and practicount.com) back in shape.
We are terribly sorry for the inconvenience our temporary forced absence during the last week might have caused you. We are taking all the measures and precautions for such not to happen again.
