My small translation business is rapidly growing, and it's getting difficult for me to manage everything. I'm thinking of hiring a freelance off-site project manager to handle one of our accounts. Since I've never worked with a PM before, I've been wondering what's the best payment scheme to work with--an hourly rate, a percentage rate that depends on the size of the project, or a per-word rate similar to that received by translators. Does anyone have any advice / suggestions? Thanks in advance.
