Dear all!
I have just been contacted to submit a quote for a web based localization project.
Given that it's the first time I have come across this sort of requests, I would like to get an average hint in order to prepare an adequate quote.
MTIA fro helping out!
Happy translating to everyone!

You mean, you are translating a website and they let you work directly on their server? I love that! You will enjoy this job. Same rate as usual, but more fun.

If I am wrong, please provide more information.

That is how I would charge it.

Many companies provide web translation environments; however, not all of them are that good and it also means you cannot use your legacy resources (TMs, glossaries, etc.). Personally, I avoid this type of work like hell.
