A client has asked me to suggest a confidentiality agreement. Can anyone recommend a model copy that is general, fairly short, written in plain English, and 'fair' to the translator and client?

Hi John,

Perhaps you can use the confidentiality-related sections in the ITI model terms of business and code of conduct documents as a starting point to draft your own agreement:

Best regards,
Steffen
