I've billed a customer as usual trough Pay Pal.
They reply to me that I need to send a printable invoice.
I'm slightly surprised, and just wonder: Won't a PP billing be printable to customers?
Note that I personally have never paid using Pay Pal, I just use it for billing.
- Also, they gave no notice to as not being able to use Pay Pal until now...

Several invoicing tools will send your invoice in a pdf file or they let you export your invoice so your client can not only print it, but also have an invoice number for his/her records.

I use Zoho invoicing tool (www.zoho.com), but Proz also has a similar system.
