Does Sdlx still promotes its own discount scheme?

It was Trados, not Sdlx who "invented" and promoted the discount scheme for matches, fuzzies etc. Now, Trados has become TradosSdlx. "Early bird Sdlx 2009, next year 2010, two years from now 2011,...). Agencies jumped upon it to make bigger profits and to force those discounts upon translators.
However, I wonder whether Sdlx still uses/advises this scheme as a marketing tool?
